A 5-star reputation,
finally working for you.

Decades of goodwill on the Southern Oregon coast, and almost no visible reviews online. We fix the capture-and-compound loop — powered by the Mailchimp and review platforms Brookings already has.

Forty years of five-star work on this coast — and almost none of it where a new neighbor can see it. We're finally putting it out front.

The four engines

How the reputation starts compounding.

01

Review capture

The moment an invoice is marked paid, we send a personalized SMS (email fallback) asking for a Google review — every customer, no filter. An optional "not happy? text us first" line is there if they want it. One reminder max. We never solicit Yelp.

02

Reactivation

Win back past customers with seasonal "time for a cleaning" campaigns — triggered by real job history, not a blind Mailchimp blast.

03

Recurring plans

Turn one-time jobs into maintenance memberships with automatic reminders — predictable revenue instead of a phone that only rings when something looks dirty.

04

Referral & neighbor

"We're already on your street" postcards and emails, plus a referral ask right after every five-star review comes in.

On the site

Trusted on this coast since 1984.

The compounding loop

Do the work once. Let the loop keep working.

Great work, every time

The foundation — forty years of it, already in place.

Review requested automatically

After every paid invoice, an SMS + email ask points every customer to Google — no gating, one reminder max.

Reviews go to work

Shown on the site, boosting local search rank and how easily new neighbors find you.

Spring · Mar–MaySoft-wash reminder — "time to rinse off winter"
Summer · Jun–AugVacation-rental turn boost — faster guest turnarounds
Fall · Sep–NovPre-holiday glass — "guests are coming"
Winter · Dec–FebBanana-belt nudge — we don't take the season off

Coastal knowledge

Why coastal glass needs more than a wipe.

Salt film and marine-layer algae build up fast on the Southern Oregon coast. Hard water can leave mineral deposits that etch the glass if they sit too long. A regular wipe will not remove that damage. Glass restoration will.

Built on what you already pay for

We wire them together. You don't rip anything out.

Mailchimp keeps sending the email. Invoice Simple keeps the money moving. MOTION OS listens for a paid invoice, triggers the right message, and routes reviews to where they count.
